If you are on a Windows laptop, and see the following message when logging into Zoom, please follow the below instructions:
1. Click HERE to download the Zoom removal tool. Click the file to run it once downloaded
2. Download the latest 64 bit version of Zoom from HERE. Click the file to run it and re-install Zoom.
