On the computer containing your auto-fill passwords:
At the top right of Chrome, click the person icon, then click the password icon.
Towards the middle of the screen, click the 3 dots to the right of “Saved Passwords”
Then click “Export passwords”
Save the passwords file to your computer. Then transfer the file to your new computer by uploading it to Dropbox, emailing it to yourself, or transferring it with an external drive/flash drive.
On the new computer:
Enter the following into the URL box:
chrome://flags
Then, search for “Password Import” and change the drop-down to “Enabled”
Choose the “Relaunch” button that appears at the bottom right to save the changes.
Once Chrome re-opens, click the person icon at the top right, then click the password icon.
Towards the middle of the screen, click the 3 dots to the right of “Saved Passwords”
Click “Import Passwords” and select the file that you transferred from the other computer.
