First, open the Creative Cloud Application from the Mac Launchpad or Windows search menu.
If you are already signed in, click your profile picture at the top right and choose “Sign out”
Sign back in with your current @hmpglobal.com email address
Choose “Company or School Account”
Then, sign into your Microsoft account
